Whether you’re joining us for 5 days in the City of Light or 7 days across both Paris and Provence, you’ll meet the women redefining French culture and connect with new friends who might just feel like old ones by the end. Bon voyage!

“My daughter and I went on the France trip and I’ll treasure the memory of all the adventures this trip provided for the rest of my life. As the person who is usually the travel planner, to be able to show up and have all the work done for me was such a treat. The experiences we had were unique, interesting and enjoyable and clearly not opportunities we would have had on our own. ”
“It was such an invigorating and reviving trip, to say the least. Every single woman entrepreneur we met on the trip was joyful and welcoming and greeted our group with open arms. Not only did I leave with amazing travel memories, but I also left with new friends. Thank you, Wild Terrains!”
7-day PARIS & PROVENCE ITINERARY
DAY ONE - PARIS
Bonjour, la femme sauvage! Fancy meeting you in the City of Light. We’ll meet at our stunning Parisian home – Julia Vidalenc’s Michelin-awarded Hotel Le Ballu – where you’ll meet your Trip Leader, Paula De Almeida, and your fellow travelers over lunch before joining historian Amy Kupec Larue for a garden tour of the iconic Jardin du Luxembourg, created by Queen Marie de’ Medici and once a gathering spot for women, artists, and thinkers.
After walking off our jet lag, we’ll meet American journalist and author of The New Parisienne, Lindsey Tramuta, for apéro hour where she’ll pull back the curtain on the myth of the French woman and introduce us to the real women shaping modern Paris.
Meals included: lunch, cocktail hour
DAY TWO - PARIS
This morning we’re visiting the often-overlooked neighborhood of La Goutte d’Or with Jacqueline NGO MPII, founder of Little Africa Paris. We’ll take a closer look at the history of African immigration to France and connect the dots between traditional African textiles and French fashion.
In the afternoon, we’re taking over a dreamy gin distillery run by two amazing women—Charlotte Bartoli and Charlotte Buisson Dackow— in the historic Louvre district. You’ll craft your very own gin blend (yes, your signature flavor 👏) and then savor it during a cozy dinner party hosted by the Charlottes themselves.
Meals included: breakfast, dinner
DAY THREE - PARIS
You can’t visit Paris without visiting the Sunday flea markets, and your Trip Leader Paula is making sure you see the best of the best at the famed Paul Bert Serpette marketplace. Once you’ve shopped ‘til you dropped, you’ll fuel up on savory crêpes at an adorable bistro before parting ways.
This afternoon is your chance to explore Paris your own way (with some suggested routes from us, of course!). Hit up the Louvre or Musée d'Orsay. The day is yours. Spend it however you like. You deserve it.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch
DAY FOUR - PROVENCE
Repack your bags! We’re hopping on the elegant TGV for a quick train ride through the French countryside. Next stop: Provence. Michelle Obama-approved chef Séverine Sagnet is hosting a glam garden lunch just for us! Between bites you’ll have free roam of this ancient property and views of the charming city of Avignon.
After a leisurely lunch, we’re heading to Lorène Martel’s Château de Fonscolombe (which also recently received a Michelin Key!), our home for the next few days. The evening is yours to explore the property, enjoy a glass of wine under the ancient cedar tree, and get used to that château life.
Meals included: breakfast, late lunch
DAY FIVE - PROVENCE
After a dreamy breakfast in the chateau gardens, we’re making our way to the charming town of L'Isle sur la Sorgue, known for its beautiful canals and overflowing with antique shops, which interior designers flock to from all over the world.
In the afternoon, we’re in for a special treat as we visit the private studio of textile artist Aurore Pelisson. She’ll teach us how to design and hand-dye our very own silk scarf - the perfect accessory to take home. To top it all off, we’ll be welcomed into her home for an intimate, home-cooked dinner—because the best meals are about more than just food; they’re about connection.
Meals included: breakfast, dinner
DAY SIX - PROVENCE
Start your morning with a leisurely stroll or a refreshing dip in the pool before we head to the breathtaking Château de Beaupré, where visionary winemaker Phanette Double will treat us to a private tasting of her exquisite collection.
In the afternoon, we’ll wander to Arles, a storybook Provençal city immortalized in Van Gogh’s paintings. Here, you’ll have time to meander through its charming streets, visit the Van Gogh museum, or sip a glass of wine in the gardens. We’ll gather for a final group dinner at Inari, where chef Céline Pham blends French and Vietnamese flavors into an unforgettable feast.
Meals included: breakfast, dinner
DAY SEVEN - PROVENCE
After a scrumptious last breakfast, we’ll travel as a group to the Marseille Provence Airport (MRS), where we’ll hug and say au revoir! It’s sadly time to go home.
Meals included: breakfast
Please note this is a sample itinerary and some variations will happen between trips due to our partners schedules,

BEST TIME OF YEAR
TO VISIT
Every season in France is one to remember. We like to stick to the gorgeous “shoulder seasons” to miss summer crowds. In other words, spring (May-June) and fall (September-November).
WEATHER
Central France is temperate in the spring and summer, and wonderfully chilly (perfect for cozy sweaters) in the fall and winter. The French Riviera has a beautiful Mediterranean climate year-round. Spring and fall tend to be mild, while summers can be very hot.
